**Commercial Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR)**
**What We’re Looking For?**
A fast-moving, motivated SDR who excels at qualifying high-intent inbound leads and executing timely follow-up.
You’re efficient, coachable, and thrive in a high-volume environment.
You know how to assess lead fit quickly, communicate clearly, and route leads effectively to drive pipeline.
**How You’ll Make an Impact?**
+ Respond rapidly to inbound leads and conduct short qualification calls
+ Accurately assess lead fit and route to appropriate AE
+ Maintain clean CRM hygiene and track all activity in Salesforce
+ Execute light outbound prospecting as needed
+ Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to optimize lead handling
+ Share lead trends and feedback with internal teams
+ Meet or exceed monthly KPIs and lead conversion goals
**Requirements**
**Experience**
+ 1–2 years in lead generation, inbound SDR, or phone-based sales
+ SaaS or cybersecurity experience is a plus
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred
