**Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Enterprise**
**What We’re Looking For?**
A strategic, experienced SDR who thrives in outbound prospecting.

You’re creative, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

You know how to personalize outreach, research accounts deeply, and collaborate closely with Account Executives to build pipeline in net new logos and competitive replacement opportunities.
**How You’ll Make an Impact?**
+ Execute strategic outbound prospecting across email, phone, and LinkedIn
+ Partner with AEs to co-develop account strategies and messaging
+ Map org charts, identify buying centers, and personalize outreach
+ Qualify prospects using the MEDDIC framework
+ Drive multi-threaded engagement across technical and business personas
+ Track all activity in Salesforce and Outreach
+ Share market and persona insights with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
+ Consistently meet or exceed SQL quota and KPIs
**Requirements**
**Experience**
+ 1–2 years in outbound SDR, BDR, or sales experience
+ Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or cybersecurity preferred
+ Familiarity with MEDDIC or similar qualification frameworks
**Hard Skills**
+ Cold calling, email writing, LinkedIn outreach
+ Account research and mapping
+ Pipeline generation strategy and AE alignment
+ Tools: Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo
