**Responsibilities**

+ **Customer Assistance & Communication** – Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
+ **Leadership & Teamwork** – Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment.

Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.
+ **Sales & Metrics Mindedness** – Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
+ **Inventory Management & Store Operations** – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point of sale procedures, loss prevention policies ensuring proper financial management.

Keep store operations running smoothly.
+ **Process Orientation & Safety Compliance** – Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently.

Follow company safety policies and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure work environment.
+ **Product Knowledge** – Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
+ **Diagnostics Support** – Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.

**Qualifications**

**What We’re Looking For**

+ Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
+ Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
+ Flexible Schedule: Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

**You’ll Go The Extra Mile If You Have**

+ Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is preferred.
+ Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
+ Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail.
+ Certifications: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
