**Responsibilities**
+ **Leadership & Strategic Opportunity Identification:**
+ Proactively identify and evaluate new AI/ML opportunities across client business units, focusing on transformative use cases that leverage generative AI technologies
+ Lead stakeholder engagement sessions to evangelize AI capabilities and secure buy-in for strategic initiatives
+ Define and drive the technical vision for AI/ML projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives
+ **Technical Leadership & Hands-on Development:**
+ Architect and oversee implementation of enterprise-scale GenAI applications including large language models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures, and agentic workflows for complex business problems
+ Lead hands-on development of proof-of-concepts and pilot projects to demonstrate AI value propositions
+ Drive end-to-end model development lifecycle from research to production deployment for both traditional AI/ML and GenAI workflows
+ **Team Building & Management:**
+ Build, mentor, and manage a team of AI/ML engineers at various levels (mid to senior)
+ Provide technical mentorship and career development guidance to team members
+ Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence
+ **Project Delivery & Execution:**
+ Own delivery of multiple concurrent AI projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality outcomes
+ Establish project governance frameworks and delivery methodologies specific to AI initiatives
+ Ensure successful production deployment and monitoring of AI solutions
**Qualifications**
+ Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related field
+ 10+ years of experience in AI/ML with at least 3 years in team leadership roles
+ Proven track record of delivering multiple AI/ML projects to production in enterprise environments
+ Hands-on expertise with generative AI technologies including LLMs, Vector Embeddings, RAG systems, and Agentic Workflows
+ Experience developing and deploying Predictive ML Models to production, MLOps and AI model lifecycle management at scale
+ Extensive experience with one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their AI/ML services
+ Expert-level proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
+ Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders
+ Strong business acumen with ability to identify and quantify AI opportunity value
**Preferred:**
+ Experience with multimodal AI systems (vision, speech, text)
+ Background in telecommunications, financial services, healthcare, or technology sectors
+ Experience developing AI-driven solutions using Palantir software and tools
+ Experience with AI governance, ethics, and responsible AI practices
**Additional Information:**
Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S Perm Resident or U.S. Citizen.
Based on eligibility and job status, Cadmus offers an excellent benefits package to include: medical, dental, vision, company paid disability and life insurance, 401(k) program, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, voluntary time off (VTO), tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance program, other optional benefits and various bonus programs.
The minimum starting salary for this position is $140,000.

The actual salary may be higher and will be determined by several factors, including relevant work experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
