**_What Application Development & Maintenance contributes to Cardinal Health_**
We have a career opening for a Sr Engineer of SAP Pricing, Rebates & Incentives.

We are open to a remote worker in this role.

We are looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer to support the SAP Pricing and Rebates and Incentives team.

This position is a leadership role and will work with the different business and IT teams on these areas to design and improve the SAP and Vistex supported solutions.
**Responsibilities**
+ Provide technical leadership in execution and management of the solutions in SAP Pricing Rebates and Chargebacks.
+ Support the integration with other application like EDI/Vendavo/etc.

related to Pricing, Rebates and Incentives area.
+ Provide leadership in planning/sequencing of end-to-end design workshops and support facilitation of workshops, leveraging knowledge of industry best practices and application of global SAP implementation experience.
+ Guide complex fit/gap analysis, effort estimates and design decisions and validate fit/gap analysis and design decisions completed by less experienced team members; ensure deviations from “out of the box” functionality have sufficient business justification and positive value proposition
+ Work on SAP Build Projects that are prioritize by business to either enhance the current platforms or create new SAP instances as required.
+ Solution ownership of defects, enhancements, and new build project for RNI.
+ Identifying synergies and optimization areas within the RNI domain and manage the execution.
+ Understand the solution and be able to test it as required.
+ Keeping up with emerging technologies and changes in business processes.
+ Maintain strategic relationships with all key stakeholders.
+ Customer focused and deep understanding of business needs.
+ Driving end-user satisfaction by using specific metrics.
+ Provide leadership and direction to the teams during problem solving and crisis management.
+ Provide solution leadership, organizing, and overseeing projects.
+ Influencing internal and external clients to leverage out of the box solutions and reducing customizations.
+ Help in completing effort estimates, preparing proposals, and collaborating with functional partners to deliver solutions for value-add business functions.
+ Collaborating with other process tower leaders (OTC, PTP, RTR, and non-SAP systems) to ensure a cohesive solution without impacting cross functional and downstream processes or applications.
+ Provide support in preparing and conducting prioritization meetings (for enhancements and defects) with the RNI functional partners.
+ Ensure all critical RNI processes are properly monitored and alerted; and automate recurrent incidents.
+ Closely follows the strategic direction set by the segment and executes on priority goals.
+ Closely work with infrastructure teams to ensure a reliable and stable operations.
+ Complies and enforce adoption of Solution Manager, Charm Management, HP ALM and other standard tools.
+ Accountable for IT Controls, SOX compliance, and Audit findings on the SAP Pharma platform
+ Responsible for the KPI's and BPM metrics that support current and future Pharma business units on SAP
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelors Degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience preferred
+ 8+ years experience in SAP Pricing, Rebates and Chargebacks preferred
+ 5+ years experience in directly or indirectly managing three or more resources preferred
+ Functional knowledge in Vistex modules preferred
+ Experience with integration points between pricing, contracts, and other SAP modules preferred (SD, MM, FI/CO).
+ Knowledge or previous experience in ABAP and debugging is preferred.
+ Proficiency in advanced S/4 features such as FIORI apps, CDS views, and embedded analytics preferred.
+ Experienced in all global SAP aspects, including defining & assigning Enterprise Structure, Master data, Sales Order processing and purchasing functions preferred.
+ Strong collaboration and leadership skills preferred.
+ Strong business acumen in Healthcare wholesale distribution space preferred.
+ Strong experience in translating business requirements into technical capabilities and solutions preferred.
+ Strong experience in completing effort estimates, preparing proposals, and collaborating with our functional partners to deliver quality business solutions preferred.
+ Experience providing direction to the teams in managing and troubleshoot complex interfaces involving multiple systems preferred.

**Anticipated salary range:** $121,600 - $173,700
