Senior Manager, Platform Activation Job Opening In St Thomas – Now Hiring Hilton

This is your chance to be a part of an in-house Commercial Solutions team using guest insights to evolve our industry-leading channels and deliver personalized experiences.

As a Senior Manager, Platform Activation,you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture.

On the Platform Activationteam reporting to Director, Platform Activation, you will support projects across the business that are considered differentiated capabilities – examples include Confirmed Connecting Rooms!

**HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT**
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
**What your day-to-day will be like:**
+ Collaborate with Hilton partners and vendors to define working practices, clarify roles and responsibilities, and ensure that plans, dependencies, issues and risks are aligned with the project strategy—advancing critical project outcomes and supporting the goals of Commercial Services.
+ Create and implement targeted project and implementation plans including risks, critical decisions/milestones, stakeholder management plans, business process and support documentation.
+ Identify functionality gaps by working with main subject matter experts.
+ Prioritize requirements and develop a remediation plan when necessary.
**How you will collaborate with others:**
+ Be a strategic advisor with business leads, product owners, leadership, deployment teams and Platform Activation.
+ Develop comprehensive understanding of hotel-level, owner-level, and corporate-level commercial objectives and revenue management business and product processes across brands and geographies.
**What projects you will take ownership of:**
+ You will lead the project plan development and tactical delivery of Hilton's key strategic priorities.

**You have these minimum qualifications:**
+ Seven (7) years of professional experience
+ Five (5) years of experience in project management, organizational change, or strategic communications
+ Travel occasionally for team meetings and collaboration with key partners (10%)
**It would be useful if you have:**
+ Experience using PROSCI methodology, tools, principles, and application including understanding and validating experience applying the ADKAR model
+ PROSCI/CCMP Certification, PMP certification, or similar
+ Proficient in leveraging tools like ClickUp, Smartsheet or other project planning tools to manage workflows and timelines
+ Hospitality Experience
